Thankful LLC (β€œwe,” β€œus,” or β€œour”) is committed to delivering every personalized order safely, quickly, and with care.
This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will ship, how tracking works, and what to do if an issue arises.

1. Order Processing

Each Thankful basket is custom-engraved and assembled by hand.
Production begins only after you complete the post-purchase form and approve your design proof.

If your form or design approval is delayed, your shipping timeline resets from the date approval is received.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship exclusively through UPS and FedEx for insured, trackable delivery.

Standard Ground: 1–5 business days depending on destination

Expedited or overnight service available on request (additional charges apply)

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations outside the continental U.S. without prior arrangement.

3. Delivery Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
All deliveries require a valid shipping address. If the carrier marks a package as β€œDelivered,” Thankful LLC is not responsible for loss, theft, or incorrect delivery due to inaccurate address information.

4. Address Accuracy

Please verify all shipping information before submitting your order.

Thankful LLC is not liable for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Orders returned due to inaccurate information may incur additional reshipping fees.

Guarantee eligibility is void if inaccurate shipping information prevents successful delivery.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

We carefully inspect and pack each order. However, if your package arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of the box and damaged items.

Β within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and photos in the email.

We will replace any verified damaged or defective items at no cost.
Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be produced within a reasonable timeframe.

For lost packages, contact UPS or FedEx directly using your tracking number, then notify us if the issue is unresolved.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete payment.
Bulk or business orders may qualify for discounted rates.
We occasionally offer promotional free shipping, which will be clearly marked on product pages or checkout.

7. Delays Beyond Our Control

Thankful LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or other force majeure events that may extend delivery times.
If your order is delayed due to carrier issues, we will assist in tracking and resolution but cannot guarantee compensation.

At this time, we fulfill U.S. orders only.
