Every Thankful basket is custom-engraved, made-to-order, and personalized for each client. Because of this, we do not accept traditional returns or exchanges.
Our goal is to ensure every order arrives exactly as approved and in perfect condition.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final once design approval is given and production begins.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized items, except in the rare case of damage or manufacturing error.
2. Replacement for Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

with:
Order number
Description of the issue
Clear photos of the packaging and affected item(s)
Our team will review and confirm eligibility.
Once approved, we’ll ship a replacement at no cost.
If a replacement cannot be produced within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be issued to the original payment method.
3. Eligibility Requirements
Replacements or refunds are only issued when:
The product or engraving is damaged, misprinted, or materially incorrect from the approved proof.
The buyer provides accurate shipping and personalization details.
The issue is reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
We do not issue refunds or replacements for:
Buyer errors in spelling, design approval, or provided information.
Late form submissions or missing client details.
Damage caused by misuse or improper handling after delivery.
Delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
4. 30-Day Review or Referral Guarantee (Business Clients Only)
Eligible business gift orders include our 30-Day Review or Referral Guarantee:
If your client (VIP) does not leave a verified 5-star review or send a referral within 30 days of delivery, we will refund your order in full.
Guarantee valid only when:
Post-purchase form completed within 2 business days.
Client contact information is accurate.
Design approval and communication deadlines are met.
Buyer’s own service to the client was professional and ethical.
Thankful LLC successfully completes follow-up outreach with the VIP.
Personal or non-business gifts are excluded from this guarantee.

5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
You’ll receive an email once the refund is processed.
We cannot refund shipping fees or third-party carrier delays beyond our control.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before design approval only.
Once a design is approved and production begins, cancellation is no longer possible.
